What the New Bicycle Law Means for you: A Practical Guide

I know this was passed a while ago, but it's important enough to make sure ECV Members have seen this new legislation.

    Changes for cyclists:

  1. Safer Signaling
  2. Riding Two Abreast Permitted
     

    Changes for Motorists:

  3. Don't "Door" Bicyclists
  4. Don't Cut Off Bicyclists After Passing
  5. Don't Squeeze Bicyclists in Narrow Lanes
  6. Don't "Right-Hook" Bicyclists
  7. Yield to All Bicycles Before Turning Left
  8. Motorists Liable for Hitting Bicyclists Riding to the Right
