We are starting our legendary night rides out of Seaside Cycle every Tuesday at 6:00pm.  Rides will be mild to medium pace on our awesome trail network. Plan on 1.5 -2 hour duration, and the  usual brewskies after. Make sure to charge your lights or call ahead if you are in the market for a new so we can pre charge it. Let the fun begin.

Rode the Seaside shop ride today, nice loop but would recommend not going through Ipswich center to get to Linebrook. The road is really bad and torn up, lots of construction in town and not a fun place to take a group through. Instead, why not cut off Argilla and take the back  way that the TdEC used to get to the intersection of 1A/Linebrook?

Just wanted to pass on some warm weather cycling tips:

This is the LAST Monday night ride of the season, leaving Pinnacle Bicycles in Beverly.
Ride departs promptly at 5:30 for 20 - 24 miles of easy to moderate paced riding with a quick stop at the Wenham Fire Station on 1A to collect and folks coming from Hamilton, Ipswich, etc.

Breaking News:
Last night's SPANKem winner, Sean, has been suspended for 50 rides after dominating the finale!!!!
After noticing last night's winner quickly riding off, officials tracked him down in Beverly for a doping check.......a banned substance, Vanilla GU with Caffeine, was detected!!!
Reigning champion, Dan Donovan, was reached at his home for a comment:
"I knew something was up.... nobody beats me on my home course....nobody!!!!"

Zach, Bumpus, and I rode up from Beverly to meet the Seaside ride last night.  Chris McKernan, Chris Koober(sp), Nate, Phil W., and a few others  met us on Pine St.
Cruised Southern Ave, to Apple, up and over to 133, FAST paceline to Candlewood, over to Lakeman, around to 1A, to Wenham, then we split up.
This is going to be a great weekly ride, fast, fast paceline work with attacks, the group shattered a couple of times. 
Anyone interested in next week???  Leaving at 6pm from Seaside.
